SANDWICHES – All our sandwiches and subs are prepared with Boar’s Head Premium deli meats made of only the finest ingredients: whole muscle beef, pork and poultry, and spices sourced from around the globe. Click on the selections (ORANGE text) for nutritional information. Made fresh before your eyes at the Varsity counter, our sizes include: Regular, Giant, or Sub Roll. Served with choice of lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, mustard, Russian or Italian dressing, honey mustard or horsey sauce.

BREADS:  Choice of White, Marble Rye, Wheat or Sub Roll
CHEESE: American White, Mild Swiss, Vermont White Cheddar or Sharp Provolone (Added at an additional cost per sandwich or sub roll size.)
